Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased are eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. A valid Return confirmation is required for items to be returned.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

All customers are responsible for shipping their returns to our returns department.

The following are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return:
- Accessories
- Bodysuits
- Bathing/Swimwear/Beachwear/Swim Sets
- Party Dresses (including white dresses)
- Jewelry
- SALE Items (All items in the SALE category)

All returned products must be returned within 7days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.

Please note that all accessories, swimwear/beachwear/bathing suits, underwear, bralettes, bodysuits, face coverings, party dresses, and jewelry are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are eligible for exchanges only (if the product size is in stock). No exchanges will be supported for International orders.
