Shipping Info

All orders take 3-5 business days to process before being shipped out. (During the holiday season it may be extended) 
We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays.
    • Shipping Prices (Domestic  & International) are calculated at the Checkout Screen
    • Estimated Delivery Dates are available within 24 hours of issued Tracking Numbers
    • Free Domestic shipping on orders over $75Please note only qualifying states within the inner 48 states of the continental USA qualify for free shipping. This does not include (Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands) 
    • International ShippingInternational shipping is subject to extra shipping charges invoiced. Price and factor change on distance, weight, and qty of items. An invoice will be sent with an updated total if the shipping is greater than quoted. 

  • SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION 
    We recommend all orders over the value of $150 add Signature confirmation onto orders. Standard signature confirmation would be invoiced after the order has been placed. Price of signature depends on the amount/weight of the package. Please contact us with your order number to add signature confirmation to your order. 
    TAXES AND DUTIES 
    All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
    Refused Packages 
    All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
    Undeliverable Packages 
    All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
    Delivered Packages
    All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
